Today I’m reviewing Guerlain Shalimar L’Essence, the brand-new 2025 release celebrating the 100th anniversary of Shalimar (1925-2025). Created by perfumer Delphine Jelk, this Eau de Parfum Intense is built around bergamot, rose absolute, iris, amber, vanilla, ethyl vanillin, leather, and woods. I compare it to past Millésime editions like Vanilla Planifolia (2021), Tonka (2022), Iris (2023), and Jasmin (2024), and share how it wears on my skin.
